word clouds

soapbox word cloud Someone saw the word cloud I posted in the photos and wondered what it was and how I did it...

A word cloud is visual representation of the words used in a specific body of text. The clouds generally arrange the text alphabetically and then use a larger and/or bolder font to represent frequency.

The Snapshirts website has a generator. It's really so you can purchase a t-shirt with your word cloud or word clouds of authors. I know there are other generators out there; this just happens to be the one I used.

it's funny that it picked wayback, okeefej and login, newquisk and havranec (that's me!)

it almost feels like the virtual equivalent of those magnetic poetry sets!
